My Story & Our Mission

Hello! The name's Ashok Algappan and I’m an easygoing runner who knows what it feels like to push too hard, eat too little, and wonder why my legs feel like bricks by midseason. I’ve trained at 60 miles a week, hit PRs, and also hit walls. Through trial, error, and a lot of research, I learned how to fuel better, train smarter, and actually enjoy the process again. Now I’m sharing what I’ve learned so other high school athletes don’t have to figure it out the hard way. This course is everything I wish I had when I started taking my sport seriously — and I’m pumped to pass it on.

Coach Carter is the very emodiment of discipline and hard work. Running close to 5000 miles she has honed her craft on running and personal training. A coach, a mom, and even a yoga instructor she has done it all. Coach Carter has created numerous workout plans and is an expert at dealing with injury and soreness. She will be with you every step of the way, guiding you to find that light at the end of the tunnel.
