"Stride to Last" was created by a running teenager who saw too many teens burning out, getting injured, or plateauing too early.
We believe that endurance athletes deserve a better roadmap — one that teaches strength, fueling, recovery, and consistency from the start. This course is our way of giving you the tools we wish we had as teen athletes.
